I'm a big fan of Marshall speakers and wanted a bigger portable option. The Tufton was on sale for a great price, plus free shipping! They did an awesome job, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

The buying process was a breeze. The price was solid compared to other places, and the delivery came pretty quick. Everything was packed nicely.

But man, the guitar setup was lacking big time. While I get that this is partly a Gretsch factory issue, I reckon music stores should step up and offer setup services.

Some shops even throw in this service for free when you buy an instrument. Honestly, I would’ve forked out more cash at a competitor that provided setup help, since I had to take my new Gretsch acoustic from FairDeal straight to a Luthier for adjustments, which jacked up the total cost beyond what I would’ve paid elsewhere.

Having strummed guitars for over 15 years and shopped at various stores, I can say this was the worst setup right out of the box. Sure, Gretsch has some responsibility here, but I think FairDeal could do better too.

I picked up a Nord Grand. Fair Deal is an awesome store, and I’m always heading there. The staff really look out for their customers. Couldn't be happier!
